The family of missing Waterford woman Meg Walsh have made an emotional appeal for information regarding her whereabouts.

The family of missing Waterford woman Meg Walsh have made an emotional appeal for information regarding her whereabouts.

The 35-year-old was last seen in Waterford city on 1 October.

At a press conference in the city earlier today, her only brother, James, and her 17-year-old daughter, Sasha Keating, said they would dearly love to have Meg back.

They said this situation is like a 'horror show' and said that the thought of anyone hurting Meg in any way is beyond belief.

James Walsh said the family were desperate for fresh information.
