The head of the Health Service Executive, Professor Brendan Drumm, has said the executive is not trying to hide anything in relation to the unpublished O'Neill report into Leas Cross.
Prof Drumm told the Dáil Health Committee that all people who worked in the service and at Leas Cross were entitled to due process.
He said he would happily provide the committee with the legal opinion as to why the report could not be published in its current form.
