A 20-year-old man has appeared at Limerick District Court charged in connection with a shooting incident in Ballyneety outside Limerick on Tuesday.
Paul Reddan, of Delmege Park in Moyross, was charged with recklessly discharging a firearm at Ballyneety on 19 September.
He was remanded in custody with consent to bail on condition that he reside at his home, sign on daily at Henry Street Garda Station and that he stay out of the south side of the city.
Mr Reddan also had to give an undertaking that he would not associate with a number of named individuals on a list handed to the judge in court.
Judge Tom O'Donnell imposed an independent surety of €5,000, which must be lodged in court, and he warned it would be forfeited if any of the bail conditions were breached.
