Nine News: Brian O'Connell, London Editor, reports on a meeting between the DUP leader and the British Prime Minister
The DUP Leader, Ian Paisley, has said that he does not think it is possible for the parties to reach a deal on the restoration of the Stormont assembly by the 24 November deadline set by the two governments.
He was speaking in Downing Street following a meeting with the British Prime Minister, Tony Blair.
The Taoiseach is due to meet Mr Blair at the Prime Minister's country retreat, Chequers, on Friday morning, to discuss Northern Ireland.
