Peter Hain has confirmed that a series of intensive political negotiations involving the two govts and the Northern parties will take place outside NI next month.
The Northern Secretary, Peter Hain, has confirmed that a series of intensive political negotiations involving the two governments and the Northern parties will take place outside Northern Ireland next month.
It is understood the talks will take place at a location in Scotland during the second week in October.
The talks come ahead of the 24 November deadline for restoring Northern Ireland's political institutions.
