A second round of voting will be needed in the Democratic Republic of Congo to decide the outcome of the presidential election.
Congo's President Joseph Kabila is reported to have won nearly 45% of votes in the country's landmark 30 July elections.
Former rebel leader Jean-Pierre Bemba came second with just over 20% of votes.
The vote will now go to a run-off between the two, with the date provisionally set for Sunday, 29 October.
