Woman in court on prostitution charge

A 28-year-old woman has appeared in court charged with running and managing a brothel on Bachelors Walk in Dublin.

A 28-year-old woman has appeared in court charged with running and managing a brothel on Bachelors Walk in Dublin.

Deena Edridge, who is originally from England, is also charged with organising prostitutes for gain on a date in August last year.

She was arrested as part of Operation Quest, a major Garda investigation into suspected organised prostitution.

Ms Edridge has been remanded in custody with consent to bail and is due in court again on 7 June.
