Gardaí in Co Donegal are appealing for witnesses to this morning's car crash in which five people died.
A sixth person is in a stable condition in hospital following the two-car collision at Lisfannon, near Buncrana.
Prayers are being offered at masses this evening for the five victims, all said to be from Eastern Europe.
The cars involved in the collision were travelling in opposite directions. One was a red Audi, coming from the direction of Buncrana.
The other was a white Volkswagen Jetta, travelling from the Derry direction.
Crash victims named
Meanwhile, Gardai have named two men killed in road traffic accidents in counties Tipperary and Cork this week.
Denis Hough, 38, from Borrisokane died on Thursday when the car he was driving collided with a lorry on the main Nenagh to Borrisokane road at Ballinwear.
And in Cork, the pedestrian who died in hospital following an accident on Wednesday has been named as Thomas Crowley.
He was aged 70 and from Deerpark Mews in Cork City.
