The Supreme Court has made an order preventing the Sunday Business Post from publishing documents that the Mahon Tribunal has deemed confidential.
The Supreme Court has made an order preventing the Sunday Business Post from publishing documents that the Mahon Tribunal has deemed confidential.
Today's order applies pending the outcome of an appeal by the tribunal against a High Court decision earlier this week in favour of the newspaper.
The High Court had rejected the tribunal's application for a perpetual injunction barring publication of the material.
A full appeal hearing is not expected to take place until the end of this year.
