The Department of Justice has said it is examining documentation from the Colombian authorities regarding the three Irishmen who returned to Ireland in July after fleeing Colombia.
The Department of Justice has said it is examining documentation from the Colombian authorities regarding the three Irishmen who returned to Ireland in July after fleeing Colombia.
The Colombian government said it intended to seek the extradition of the men.
Earlier, the Minister for Justice Michael McDowell said he would not be commenting until he had examined the papers in full.
