The sisters of the murdered Belfast man Robert McCartney are at the European Parliament, where MEPs have discussed a motion which could provide them with money for their legal campaign.
During the debate, the DUP MEP Jim Allister named three people who he said should come forward with information about the murder.
The motion is being supported by almost all of the European Parliament's political groups.
If the measure is approved, the sisters will be given funds to help them take a civil action against the killers.
They insist that members of the IRA were involved in their brother's murder outside a Belfast bar in January.
MEPs are due to vote on the motion tomorrow.
