Gama staff, management in talks at LRC

Management and workers' representatives at Gama Construction attended talks at the Labour Relations Commission today in an attempt to resolve the row over the pay and conditions of the company's Turkish workers.

Up to 300 of Gama's Turkish employees have been engaged in work stoppages for the past three weeks.

The two sides were invited to the talks at the Labour Relations Commission, whose Chief Executive, Kieran Mulvey, met with both parties.
