The Northern Ireland Office has confirmed that the latest report by the independent body that scrutinises paramilitary ceasefires will be published after the British General Election.
The Independent Monitoring Commission, whose last report in February claimed Sinn Féin leaders sanctioned robberies, including the multi-million pound raid on the Northern Bank, has handed over its fifth report to the British and Irish governments.
However, the NIO said it would be released only when the British Parliament was functioning again.
Under law, Parliament has to have the first sight of the document.
