Cowen predicts infrastructure spending

The Minister for Finance, Brian Cowen, has said the next ten years are likely to see infrastructure investment of up to €100,000 billion in Ireland, North and South.

The Minister for Finance, Brian Cowen, has said the next ten years are likely to see infrastructure investment of up to €100,000 billion in Ireland, North and South.

The minister was speaking to business leaders in Derry where he called for innovative thinking with regard to planning investment and taxation on an all-Ireland basis.
