Gama Construction workers have been assured by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment that funds held in Dutch bank accounts are available to them.
Micheál Martin said, 'a bank in Holland had agreed to put a process in place to allow workers claim millions in unpaid wages.'
Tonight, representatives of the Gama workforce met the minister to clarify the position.
It had been claimed that the workers were owed as much as €30m in unpaid wages.
Today Gama issued a statement denying suggestions that employees could not access the bank accounts.
The Gama statement said, 'the company intended defending its reputation against what it called a continuous stream of false allegations.'
