Gardaí are questioning a 44-year-old Co Clare man after the seizure of cannabis with a street value of €100,000 in Co Kildare last night.
13kg of cannabis resin were found by gardaí in Newbridge when they stopped a car in the town.
The man is being held in custody at Naas Garda Station under the Criminal Justice Act.
He can be detained for up to seven days.
