Gardaí in Galway have seized 50kgs of cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €350,000 to €500,000.
The drugs were seized in a car park in the docks area of the city at 9pm last evening.
Three men aged 22, 51 and 49 were arrested at the scene and two vehicles were also seized.
The men are now being detained at Galway Garda Station under Section Two of the Criminal Justice Act. One has an address in Co Galway and two have addresses in Co Dublin.
