US President George W Bush will be sworn in for a second term in Washington tomorrow.
In a message for the occasion President Mary McAleese recalls the enduring relationship of goodwill and friendship between the people of Ireland and the people of the United States.
She also expresses appreciation for the support and encouragement of Mr Bush and his administration for the efforts to advance the cause of peace and reconciliation in Northern Ireland.
