A group of 71 illegal immigrants were deported to eastern Europe this morning.
A group of 71 illegal immigrants were deported to eastern Europe this morning. They were taken on a chartered flight from Dublin early today to their native countries of Romania and Moldova.
It is understood they were escorted on the flight by about 40 gardaí. The deportations follow a series of arrests in recent days.
