Group marching over hospital A&Es

Up to 100 campaign-group lobbyists took part in a march today demanding better conditions in hospital accident and emergency departments.

Up to 100 campaign-group lobbyists took part in a march today demanding better conditions in hospital accident and emergency departments.

The march, organised by Patients Together, started at the Garden of Remembrance on Parnell Street and ended outside Leinster House on Kildare Street.

According to the group, the latest figures show at least 145 patients are waiting in accident and emergency departments for admission to hospitals around the country.
