The businessman Denis O'Brien will tomorrow seek a High Court injunction to restrain the Moriarty Tribunal from hearing matters pertinent to his business affairs.
The businessman Denis O'Brien will tomorrow seek a High Court injunction to restrain the Moriarty Tribunal from hearing matters pertinent to his business affairs.
Counsel for the tribunal Bryan Murray told the court that the tribunal had received papers on Friday afternoon and was due to resume tomorrow.
He said the tribunal chairman had decided to adjourn the tribunal until tomorrow week.
