An electrician accused of making the Omagh bomb has appeared in court charged with plotting a series of attacks.

Sean Gerard Hoey denies involvement in a string of attacks leading up to the 1998 Real IRA atrocity, in which 29 people and two unborn twins were killed.

The 34-year-old, of Molly Road, Jonesborough in Co Armagh, faces 20 charges involving explosives and membership of the Real IRA.

The hearing, before a magistrate in Craigavon, was adjourned until next month.
