Bombs will not deter Bush

No changes are expected in US President George W Bush's itinerary in Turkey, despite bomb attacks there today.

Three people were killed as Turkey was rocked by two bombs just days before a NATO summit in Istanbul.

A powerful bomb exploded on a public bus in Istanbul, killing
three people and injuring at least 16.

Officials said the bomber was a woman in her mid-20s who was carrying the device in her lap when it exploded outside a hospital in the mainly residential Fatih district.

The attacks occurred despite a massive security operation laid
on by Turkish authorities for the US leader's visit and the two-day
NATO meeting which opens on Monday.

Blast at hotel in Ankara

Meanwhile, a radical group, the Marxist-Leninist Communist Party, has claimed responsibility for the earlier bomb attack in Turkey.

A parcel exploded at the Hilton Hotel in the capital, Ankara, where the US President is due to stay.

Three people, including two policemen, were injured.
