Garda bid to identify body recovered from sea

Gardaí are appealing for help in identifying the body of a man recovered from the Irish Sea about ten miles east of Skerries, Co Dublin, on 15 June.

It is believed the body had been in the sea for several weeks.

The man is described as over 30 years old, possibly middle aged, 5'10'' and of stocky build. He had a steel plate in his left ankle.

He was wearing a green/brown long sleeved shirt, size 17 with a dark blue and black striped tie, blue jeans, size 34, and a Swatch watch.
