Lawyers in Belgium have begun their closing arguments in the trial of child rapist Marc Dutroux.
Dutroux is charged with the abduction and rape of six girls and the murder of two of them in the mid-1990s.
While he has confessed to some of the kidnappings and rapes, he denies murder.
The trial's presiding judge, Stephane Goux, was quoted as
saying he hopes to ask the jury to begin considering its verdict
on 14 June.
