Police in London have arrested a 20-year-old man following the apparent theft of documents from a civil servant's car.
The documents including details of security arrangements for Maxine Carr.
The former girlfriend of Soham killer Ian Huntley was released yesterday following her sentence for attempting to alibi Huntley in connection with the murders.
She is to be given a new identity to protect her.
Yesterday, media organisations failed in a legal attempt to have lifted an injunction preventing them from seeking to discover her new identity.
