The Fine Gael TD, John Deasy, has admitted he has broken the ban on smoking in the workplace.
The Fine Gael TD, John Deasy, has admitted he has broken the ban on smoking in the workplace.
The Waterford TD smoked a number of cigarettes in the Dáil bar last night. It is understood he asked staff to open a back door so he could smoke.
However, when this was not allowed and he lit up indoors. Deputy Deasy declined to comment on the matter this evening.
