Protests mark anniversary of Finucane murder

Protests have been staged in Belfast to mark the 15th anniversary of the murder of the Catholic solicitor, Pat Finucane.

Sinn Féin members staged a picket at PSNI headquarters while the SDLP protested at Stormont.

They are calling for the British government to publish the Cory Report, which recommends an inquiry be held into the murder of Mr Finucane and three other controversial killings.

Mr Finucane was shot dead by loyalist gunmen at his Belfast home in 1989. It has been claimed that some members of the security forces collaborated with the killers.
