Soham jury sent home for the night

The jury in the Soham murders trial has been sent home after its second day of deliberations.

Today's deliberations mean the jury has considered the case for about 11 hours in total so far.

Ian Huntley, 29, admits ten-year-olds Holly Wells and Jessica Chapman died at his house and that he disposed of the bodies, but he denies murdering them in August 2002.

His former girlfriend, Maxine Carr, denies conspiring to pervert the course of justice and two counts of assisting an offender.
