A schoolgirl has told the High Court she was boxed and kicked by a gang of four and five year old girls during an incident in her first year at a Dublin school.
Ten-year-old Nicola Mulvey was giving evidence on the second day of her action against Scoil Nano Nagle, Bawnogue, Clondalkin.
Miss Mulvey of Ashwood Avenue, Clondalkin claims she was repeatedly bullied by fellow pupils in her first year at the school.
The defence denies the claim and pleads that the school, its servants or agents were not guilty of the alleged or any negligence or breach of duty.
