ISPCC calls for child abuse inquiry

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children has called for a nationwide investigation into child abuse following tonight's RTÉ Prime Time programme on child pornography.

Prime Time discovered a list of Irish people suspected of trading in images of child pornography.

The list is larger then the numbers arrested under Operation Amethyst, last year's high profile garda crackdown on child porn.
