Girl sues school over alleged bullying
Friday, 5 December 2003 16:57A ten-year-old girl has begun a High Court action for damages against a Clondalkin primary school where she claims she suffered schoolyard bullying from the age of four.
Nicola Mulvey is suing Scoil Nano Nagle in Bawnogue through her mother Margaret Mulvey, of Ashwood Avenue, Clondalkin.
It is claimed that on one occasion she required treatment in hospital after being kicked in the stomach by other pupils.
