22 killed in DR Congo plane crash

Twenty-two people have died in a plane crash in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The country's information minister says that all passengers and crew perished when the passenger aircraft crashed in the northwest of the country.

The crash occurred shortly after take off from a town, more than 600km northeast of the capital, Kinshasa.
