In Damascus the foreign ministers of Iraq's regional neighbours met today to discuss post-war border security.
In Damascus the foreign ministers of Iraq's regional neighbours met today to discuss post-war border security and said they had formally renewed an invitation to Baghdad's Foreign Minister Hoshiyar Zebari to join their talks tomorrow.
However Mr Zebari said earlier he would not attend the talks because he had not been sent a proper invitation.
