George W Bush Further calls for international aid
The US President George W Bush has stepped up his call for more international help in the rebuilding of Iraq.
Addressing troops at Fort Stewart in Georgia, Mr Bush said that Secretary of State Colin Powell would be taking that message to UN talks in Geneva on the weekend.
Mr. Bush was speaking after two US soldiers were killed and 11 wounded in attacks west of Baghdad, and a so-called 'friendly fire' incident which killed eight Iraqi security personnel and a Jordanian security guard.
