DPP to get file on Kilbarrack death

Gardaí say a file is to be sent to the DPP in relation to the death of a 43-year-old man in Kilbarrack in north Dublin last week.

Gardaí say a file is to be sent to the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to the death of a 43-year-old man in Kilbarrack in north Dublin last week.

Alfred Dillon of Trim Road in Coolock was found lying unconscious in a car park at the Greendale shopping centre. He died later in hospital.

It is believed he had earlier been involved in an altercation close by.
