Clinton urges North peace commitment

The former US President Bill Clinton has urged the North's political leaders to persevere with the peace process.

Speaking in Derry, Mr Clinton said the Good Friday agreement was going through a rough patch but it would survive because it had the backing of the majority of people on the island.

The former US leader is due to meet the Taoiseach in Dublin tomorrow.
