Redmond trial adjourned until November

The trial of the former Dublin Assistant City and County Manager, George Redmond, has been adjourned until November following a ruling by the trial judge.

Judge Michael White has now set 3 November for Mr Redmond's trial on charges of corruption.

Last month 78-year-old George Redmond pleaded not guilty in the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to two charges of corruption in office.
