Judgement reserved in Shannon action

Judgement has been reserved in a High Court action taken by a retired Army Commdt to stop the use of Shannon airport by US aircraft.

Edward Horgan from Limerick had taken his action against the State and the Government.

Mr Justice Nicholas Kearns indicated that he will give his judgement as soon as possible and no later than the beginning of May.
