The three organisations which organised the massive peace rally in Dublin in the middle of February have announced plans for further protests in the event that the war goes ahead.

The groups are calling for a ten minute solidarity stoppage by everybody in the country at noon on the day the war commences.

They are also calling for a vigil at the US Embassy in Ballsbridge, Dublin, and at various other locations accross the country on the same evening.

And finally, they are calling for national protests to be held on the following Saturday.

The groups say this war is illegal and the inspectors should be given more time to do their work.

The groups have also stated that all of their rallies and events should be peaceful.
