Carrickmines case back in High Court

The High Court will hear an application on Wednesday to stop the removal of a 10-metre walled ditch at the Carrickmines Castle site in South Dublin.

Dominic Dunne and Gordon Lucas are seeking an injunction stopping Dun Laoghaire/ Rathdown County Council from removing the ditch.

The council had hoped to relocate the wall so that work could get underway on the final stage of M50 motorway.
