The meeting of the executive council of ICTU to consider Government proposals for a new partnership agreement has ended.
The council has deferred making any decisions on the proposals until its next scheduled meeting on Wednesday.
This will allow individual unions to consider the implications of the more controversial elements of the package, including provisions on compliance mechanisms.
