EU Ministers agree on airspace

Transport ministers meeting in Brussels have agreed on measures to harmonise European airspace into a so-called single sky system.

The plan is designed to reduce delays and increase safety.

Ministers also agreed on improved compensation for passengers who are prevented from boarding planes because the airline has overbooked.
