Dutch authorities have said there is no reason to suspect that terrorists are linked to the discovery of explosive devices at two IKEA furniture stores in the Netherlands.

All ten IKEA shops in the Netherlands were closed after bombs were found in two of its premises, one in Amsterdam and another in Sliedrecht.

Two police officers were injured when one of the devices exploded at a police station after it was taken there to be defused.

All 4,000 company employees in the country were sent home as police searched its chain of shops. IKEA is the world's biggest furniture retailer.
