The deadline set by the High Court for Liam Lawlor to deliver all outstanding documentation to the Flood Tribunal is tomorrow.

The deadline set by the High Court for Liam Lawlor to deliver all outstanding documentation to the Flood Tribunal is tomorrow. When Mr Justice Thomas Smyth jailed the Dublin West TD for a month last February, he ruled that Mr Lawlor had to make further and better discovery on or before 9 April.

Mr Justice Smyth did not list the case for mention before him again and it is understood that if the Tribunal is still unhappy with the TD's level of compliance it will have to formally begin a new set of legal proceedings. Mr Lawlor has paid the fine imposed in February.
