Meanwhile, unofficial strike action at Dublin's Port Tunnel has been averted following all-day talks. Representatives from SIPTU and the Construction Industry Federation have agreed to meet later this week over disputed work practices, which led to 130 workers mounting unofficial pickets yesterday.
