A High Court judge has warned that he wants some real focus in the ongoing dispute between the Flood Tribunal and Liam Lawlor.

A High Court judge has warned that he wants some real focus in the ongoing dispute between the Flood Tribunal and Liam Lawlor. Mr Justice Thomas Smith, who has twice jailed Mr Lawlor, said that he wanted action next Monday.

The court is continuing to review Mr Lawlor's level of co-operation with the Tribunal. When the case was mentioned in the High Court this morning, Mr Lawlor was not in court.

Counsel for the Tribunal said that they had received an affidavit from Dublin West TD yesterday. They were seeking a two-week adjournment but Mr Justice Smith insisted on next Monday, requesting that available affidavits be delivered to his home next weekend.
