It is reported that the Taliban head of intelligence has been killed by US bombs.

It is reported that the Taliban head of intelligence has been killed by US bombs. The deputy head of intelligence in the interim Afghan administration told CNN that Qari Ahmadullah had been killed two to three days ago.

Abdullah Tawheedi claimed that the body had been identified and had been buried in his home province. According to CNN, Ahmadullah was responsible for Taliban torture methods and cruelty, including floggings with thick cable and the use of electric shocks.

Tawheedi also said that another Taliban leader, Mullah Abdul Salam Rocketi, had been killed in the same raid.
