Two Ulster Unionist Assembly members met the Chairman of the Arms Decommissioning body, General John de Chastelain, this afternoon. Pauline Armitage and Peter Weir are threatening to block David Trimble's re-election as First Minister.
The discussions lasted longer than expected. Afterwards Ms Armitage and Mr Weir said that they would reflect on what they heard and would consult with their supporters.
