Heuston Station back to normal

Rail services from Heuston Station in Dublin were suspended for about an hour and a half this evening due to a security alert.

Rail services from Heuston Station in Dublin were suspended for about an hour and a half this evening due to a security alert. Following a telephone warning, an Army bomb disposal team was called to the station but the suspect packages turned out to be harmless. Traffic was also diverted for the duration of the scare.
